| Agriculture provides the human society with the basic survival materials and the way of living and it is the foundation industry of human survival and development. China is a big traditional agricultural country with a large agricultural population, less arable land per capita, low lagricultural productivity level and the foundation of agricultural development is relatively weak.For a long time, because of the dual economic structure of urban-rural division, the development process of agricultural modernization in China is very slow.In recent years, the party and the country attaches great importance to the development of agricultural modernization and put it to important strategic height.The fifth plenary session of the party’s 18 put forword a policy: "adhere to the scientific views of development to command the overall situation of economic and social development, thus to promoting agricultural modernization to a new stage of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development".This paper based on the domestic and foreign famous experts and scholars on agriculture modernization comprehensive theory of research results and apply the integrated principle of economics, management, mathematical statistics,the agricultural industry and study them from the angle of theory and practice, from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative, from the perspective of domestic and foreign, from the perspective of specification description and empirical analysis, constructs the comprehensive development level of agricultural modernization evaluation index system and measurement model, then carried the measurement on the empirical research analysis.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter introduces the background and the significance of the selected topic,the current research situation of domestic and foreign,research methods and structure, innovation and deficiency of this paper.The second chapter is a summary of agricultural modernization with a systematically expounds on the connotation, basic features, objective standard of agricultural modernization and use the related data from 2002-2014 years of agricultural modernization in our country to analysis current development situation of agricultural modernization,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the full text.The third chapter, constructing the comprehensive development level of agricultural modernization evaluation index system from the principles of establishing index system, selection of indicators, indicators of the meaning and calculation methods of determining.The agricultural modernization evaluation index system contains a comprehensive indicator, five first-level indicators, 21 secondary indicators. The fourth chapter is to build a measure model of comprehensive development level of agricultural modernization.The model integrated application of expert evaluation and analytic hierarchy process method to determine the weight of each index system, and the corresponding measure model is established.The fifth chapter take the sichuan province as the comprehensive development level of agricultural modernization measure of empirical research, this paper take the 2005-2014 relevant index data in sichuan province of agricultural modernization evaluation index system,using the measure model to measure the level of agricultural modernization in ten years in sichuan province from the year 2005-2014 and calculate annual composite scores and then analyzes the current situation trendence of the comprehensive indicator, first-level indicators, secondary indicators. development of agricultural modernization in sichuan province.The sixth chapter on the basis of the all studies provides Suggestions on how to accelerate the construction of agricultural modernization. |
