Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Development Countermeasures Of Agricultural Modernization Level In Shanxi Province

With the continuous growth of total population and the gradually deepening trend of economic transformation in China,the agricultural modernization has become the necessary condition of agricultural development, and has become the inevitable choice to solve "three rural issues" and promote the healthy and orderly development of the economy.The central document focus on the problem of agricultural modernization again in 2016, it puts forward the concept of "Internet plus" modern agriculture".The Eighteenth Congress reports of the party clearly pointed out that we need to adhere to the industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization road, this is an important decision of the party in the new situation and new development conditions,it has great significance to promote the development of China's modernization and realize all-round society. Shanxi Province People's government also issued a notice on 2016 implementation of strengthen agricultural and benefit farmers, in which ten policies to strengthen agriculture and benefit farmers had been proposed to promote the development of agricultural modernization. With the accelerating process of agricultural modernization in Shanxi Province, many problems are gradually revealed,this paper starts from the general situation of agricultural modernization in 5 aspects in Shanxi and its cities such as natural resources, agricultural input and output profile, the level of rural economic situation and sustainable development of agriculture survey,then by referring to the research methods and content of other scholars,we construct the scientific and reasonable evaluation system of Shanxi province agriculture modernization level, and calculate it by using the multi index comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, we identified the process and level of agricultural modernization in Shanxi province by comparing the basic data.It turns out that there are many problems to hinder the development of Shanxi agricultural modernization,such as inadequate investment in agriculture, farmers' enthusiasm for production is not high and the low agricultural technology extension efficiency. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance to make development countermeasures accelerating the development speed of agricultural modernization in Shanxi.
