With the rapid development of social economy,increasing levels of consumption,consumers of fresh agricultural products consumption demand is also grow with each passing day,also put forward higher requirements on the quality of fresh agricultural products.However,in recent years,the outbreak of food safety incidents,let consumers worried about the quality of fresh agricultural products is safe enough or not.The quality of fresh agricultural products has aroused great concern of government and public opinion.The quality and safety of fresh agricultural products include several aspects,this paper discusses the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products from the perspective of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics.This paper studies the current situation of cold chain logistics industry at home and abroad,and describes the research status at home and abroad from three aspects of logistics quality,logistics quality control and HACCP management system.This paper analyzes the connotation,composition,characteristics and necessary conditions of cold chain logistics,expounds the concept and development process of quality control,and studies the content and control characteristics of the quality control of cold chain logistics.Aiming at the problem of quality loss of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics process,according to the particularity of fresh agricultural products,from the four aspects of processing,storage,transportation and consumption sectors,a detailed analysis of the mechanism of quality problems in the process of cold chain logistics.The status of cold chain logistics and quality control of fresh agricultural products are analyzed,by using the quality analysis theory,methods,materials,personnel,facilities and equipment,measurement and quality control factors of environment for detailed study.HACCP(hazard analysis and critical control point)management system as the guiding ideology,the establishment of HACCP management system in accordance with the steps,the whole process of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics as the monitoring object,to advance the prevention of core principles mainly,the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics quality control system is divided into beforehand,,after the three links.In the pre link,the establishment of HACCP management working group,the process flow chart,each part of the whole operation process of hazard analysis,using the key point judgement method to determine the critical control points,according to the critical control point,formulate the corresponding preventive measures of preventive measures were analyzed through merger,determine the weight of preventive measures,establish preventive measures house of quality.In the central section,set the critical limits and operating standards for the key control points,determine the monitoring methods,formulate corrective actions in the operation process,and finally form the HACCP schedule.After the event,the establishment of verification and record keeping procedures,feedback and evaluation of the established quality control system,and ultimately form a complete set of fresh agricultural cold chain logistics quality control system.In the establishment of quality control system,combining the triangular FAHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quality control of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products by fuzzy analysis,established with the fresh agricultural products logistics environment,facilities,staff quality and operation process,the cost of inputs for the characteristics of an index system a level indicator system,refine the decomposition,the formation of the two stage index system,established evaluation of agricultural products cold chain logistics system model of quality control system.Combined with the analysis of the example,a fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprise as an example,the establishment of the company of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics quality control system,and has carried on the evaluation and verification,validation of the finite and the scientific quality control system.
