With the continuous development of economy and the improvement of product quality requirements for auto production enterprises,as FAW-VW/FAW-CC third party logistic company,FAW-ILC has always been faced with high quality,efficient work system challenge.In the process of enterprise development,in order to make perfection more perfect of quality service,the improvement of the quality of human resources is particularly important.Training can make employees’ knowledge,skills and attitude obvious increase and improve,at the same time,also can meet the needs of the employees self-growth and realize self-value,and also provides more opportunity to gain higher income,enhance employee sense of belonging,and the stability of the employees,reduce the loss of human resources,thus to improve logistics service quality,promote enterprise development,increase the profit of the enterprise,gain a competitive advantage,so as to achieve enterprise and the employees of a win-win situationThis paper use FAW-ILC as the research object,studied the operators’ training.FAW-ILC is a wholly owned subsidiary of FAW-IEC,the company was founded twenty years,is a rapid development,the current human resources system already cannot satisfy the rapid development of enterprise.By the research of the present situation of human resources,the operators mainly engaged in labor-intensive work such as: forklift loading and unloading,unpacking,packaging,handling and pick-up parts,etc.Most of the operators are young employees,young people Acceptance capacity is strong,can quickly adapt to the enterprise,but the universal degree is low,active learning ability is poor.Therefore,it is necessary to design a targeted operator training.After investigation of the current situation of enterprise training,the operators are lack of systematic and comprehensive training,and training methods as dry as a chip and drab,lack of skills training before on-the-job training,trainers’ ability are uneven,the training effect is poorer.At the same time,managers and employees don’t pay attention to the training,so lack of the investment cost of training and energy for the training development,there are formal phenomenon of going through the motions.On the other hand,the enterprise don’t have the career development planning which matching with operators,result in the employees lack of motivation,and loyalty to the enterprise is not high,directly cause the loss of enterprise human resources,also increased the human cost of the enterprise.In this paper,it analyzed FAW-ILC’s problems in the training process,and look for the root cause of the problem,through the research literature and related human resource theory,combining with the development of the enterprise’s strategic and requirements for operation staff quality,analysis the operator training needs,take the working process as oriented,to develop the targeted training scheme from the two aspects of new staff and on-the-job employees.Set up an effective evaluation of training effectiveness,and build employee career development plan,formulate measures to guarantee the implementation of the training programs at the same time.Hope that through this paper,improve FAW-ILC operators training present situation,and to create high standards of frontline staff for the enterprise,improve work efficiency and customer satisfaction,in order to reach the long-term enterprise strategic goal...
