| Deindustrialization is a concept corresponding to industrialization,its essence is the manufacturing sector or its productive resources transferred between countries,regions and industries,and its production value and employment decreasing.United States,the United Kingdom,Japan and other developed countries had experienced the rapid economic development in the industrialization process and the manufacturing sector declining process of deindustrialization.Since the reform and opening up,the China undertook the production line in Europe and the technical ability relying on the advantage of relatively low land costs,labor costs and raw material costs,influx of international manufacturing sectors came in,China's economy won a period of rapid development,its GDP growth rate was maintained at two digit and created an economic miracle in the world and become worthy of the name "world factory".However,after years of rapid growth,China's economy has entered a new normal stage: GDP growth slowed down,economic restructuring and upgrading and industrial restructuring has become the norm.The analysis of this paper shows that the output value of China's manufacturing industry and employment indicators have been a continuous decline,showing a significant phenomenon of industrialization.The influence of the process of industrialization on regional economic development can be divided into two categories: positive and negative.At present,the view of negative influence occupied the mainstream of academic circles,most scholars believe that the manufacturing industry is the power source of national economic growth(Kaldor,1967),is the source of technological innovation and diffusion to supply growth(Hersh and Weller,2003),so that industrialization could lead to the manufacturing sector the atrophy or metastasis,it would inevitably lead to lack of innovation dilemma in the region;scholars holding the opposite view think that,industrialization is aninevitable phenomenonin when economy developed to a higher level,it also the result of economic structure adjustment,it does not lead to the stagnation of economic growth but to drive the economy an stable development.Through out the process and effect of industrialization in developed countries Europe and the United States we know that,the industrialization process and its influence are quite different due to the basic conditions of different countries,both have positive effect and negative negative influence.At present,our country has been in a significant regional industrialization phenomenon,and it's still controversial about the impact of industrialization on China's economic development and technological innovation,results bring by industrialization are unknown so it's worthy of in-depth discussion.At present,China is in an important period of adjustment of industrial structure,excess capacity of the supply side and the the consumption upgrade of demand side both drive the industry reform,and in this process technological innovation is an important way to realize the adjustment of industrial structure and drive economic development.Based on this,this paper establishes econometric model and analysis the influence of industrialization on technological innovation empirically,and discusses the influence of industrialization on China's industrial structure adjustment and economic development.Firstly,explain and category deindustrialization and discuss inner mechanism between deindustrialization and technology innovation according to related theory;secondly,analysis on China's deindustrialization from national level and area level;building panel data model to study the effects on technology innovation of deindustrialization,and introduced two times items to ensure whether exists nonlinear relationship.The empirical results show that:(1)The influence of regional industrialization on technological innovation is a process from promoting to inhibiting,the nonlinear relationship between the performance of the inverted "U" type;(2)The impact of China's regional industrialization on technological innovation are different due to the different industrialization process.Finally,combining with the regional economic development planning and industrial development characteristics,this paper analyzed the influence of industrialization and give the following suggestions:1.Promote positive deindustrialization and avoid negative deindustrialization;2.Clear the direction of industrial development and optimize industrial structure,preserve and develop strength,core industries... |
