As the costs and risks of technologicalinnovation increases, individual enterprise technology innovation’s increasinglydifficult, more and more difficult to adapt to fierce market competition environment,by governments, businesses, universities and research institutes form a innovationalliance is a good solution to the emergence of problems in this area. This thesisexplores the way in the form of industrial eco-technological innovation alliance toachieve eco-technological innovation in the area under a basic explanation for theconcept of eco-technological innovation, and tried to analyze the profit allocationmechanism of the alliance, in order to find ways of stable development of the league.This thesis mainly uses interdisciplinary research and logical reasoning analysismethods, drawing on the previous point, on the area of industrial ecology analysis ofthe dynamic mechanism of technological alliance formed, noted that underlyingcauses of coalition formation, objective causes and immediate causes, and proposed amodel of coalition formation mechanism. On this basis, for the consideration tomaintain stable development of alliance, this paper analyzes the mechanism of benefitdistribution of regional industrial eco-technological innovation alliance, from factorsaffecting the distribution of benefits, welfare distribution, principles, and explore theideas and methods of distribution of the benefits of the alliance, establishingindicators of benefit distribution system to test the effectiveness of benefit distribution,also put forward the corresponding feedback mechanism of benefit distribution.China’s regional industrial eco-technological innovation alliance is still in its earlystage of development, there were some problems in the development process inevitably, this thesis proposed a partial solution from the perspective of thegovernment, enterprises and the public, hoping to give a hand for the alliancedevelopment. Finally, the thesis make a example by Shandong eco-technological ofmarine aquaculture industry alliance, analyzes the specific formation mechanisms ofthe alliance, profit allocation methods, and recommendations for the alliance’sdevelopment.This thesis to work on solving the problem of the regional eco-technologicalinnovation, thus improving the eco-technological innovation competence, to make thetechnological innovation to realize the unity of economic, social and ecologicalbenefits, meeting the harmonious development of human, nature and society. |
