In the context of China’s economic development is entering a new era.It has always been an important task for regional economic development to accelerate supply-side reform,enhance regional independent innovation capacity and optimize and adjust regional industrial structure.As a strategic and exemplary regional economic belt in China’s economic development,the achievement of a higher level of regional innovation ability and industrial organization structure early is one of the core tasks in the development process of the Yangtze river economic belt.Under the background of the era,and in view of technology innovation in regional innovation system have the closest relationship of industrial adjustment.This paper constructs the mechanism of synergetic Development of regional technology innovation and the industrial structure optimization by obeying the guidance of relative theories.Then based on the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and 11 provinces and cities to evaluate the degree of the current coordinated development of regional technology innovation and industrial structure optimization.First of all,descriptive statistical analysis is applied to analyze the development status quo and development path of technological innovation capability and industrial structure optimization of the Yangtze river economic belt,and to grasp the main problems existing in the coordinated development of technological innovation and industrial structure optimization in the Yangtze river economic belt.Secondly,based on the characteristics of regional technology innovation-industrial structure optimization system,this paper adopts the composite system analysis method to empirically evaluate the synergy level of regional technology innovation-industrial structure optimization in the Yangtze river economic belt,so as to further grasp and demonstrate the existence of related problems.On the basis of clarifying the problems,this paper further uses the grey correlation analysis method to analyze the main causes of the existing prominent problems in the coordinated development of technological innovation and industrial structure optimization in various provinces,cities and regions in the Yangtze river economic belt.Finally,based on the results of the above empirical analysis,the paper puts forward Suggestions for the coordinated development of regional technological innovation and industrial structure optimization in the Yangtze river economic belt.(1)Statistical description was used to analyze the current situation and found that: The overall level of technological innovation in the Yangtze river economic belt is higher than the national level,but the degree of industrial structure optimization is lower than the national level.The development of the regional technological innovation ability of the Yangtze river economic belt has not promoted the improvement of its industrial structure optimization level,so the overall improvement of its regional technological innovation ability has also encountered a sustainability crisis.(2)The synergy evaluation model of the composite system was used to analyze and found: At present,the Yangtze river economic belt in the two issues of the development of regional technological innovation and industrial structure optimization,more resources will be applied to enhance the ability of regional technological innovation.Whether at the provincial or watershed level,the order degree of industrial structure optimization and development stability are worse than that of regional technological innovation.And the enhancement of the synergy between regional technological innovation and industrial structure optimization will further promote the respective development of regional technological innovation and industrial structure optimization with a multiplier effect.(3)Grey relational analysis method was adopted to find: The rationalization and efficiency of industrial structure are the main limitations of the lower reaches of the Yangtze river economic belt.The rationalization of industrial structure mainly refers to the low matching degree between the structure of labor elements and industrial structure,that is,the individual quality and skills of the labor force fail to meet the requirements of high-level industrial structure.In the middle reaches of the Yangtze river economic belt,the influencing factors of the synergistic system of technological innovation and industrial structure optimization in the provinces and regions are scattered,mainly focusing on the rationalization of industrial structure,the advanced industrial structure,and the output and input of regional technological innovation.The shortage of investment in technology innovation and environment construction in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river economic belt is obviously different from that in other regions,which is in urgent need of improvement.The low rationalization and efficiency of industrial structure are also prominent problems.In view of the existing different problems in different provinces and cities,policy suggestions are put forward from the following six aspects: Integrating regional factors and strengthening knowledge innovation;optimizing the economic environment and supporting the technological innovation;developing trading markets and productizing technological innovations;coordinating polymerization structure and improving the degree of input-output coupling;strengthening the survival rule and adjusting the industrial form to realize the advanced.
