As an inevitable element in city development process,economic development zone gathers a large proportion of urban construction lands.With the rapid development of the population and social and economic growth,land demand increases gradually.Coupled with the impact of extensive and irrational use and other factors,the supply and demand of land become increasingly acute,so we need to change the concept of land use further.This paper mainly chooses evaluation of intensive land use of Hulunbeier Economic Development Zone as research object,and combs domestic and foreign experts’ and scholars’ research results about the land intensive use systematically.According to current national related procedures on intensive land use,a research is being done on the land use situation of Hulunbuir Economic Development Zone.Meanwhile,combined with the update results of the evaluation of intensive land use in Hulunbuir Economic Development Zone in 2014 and through evaluation degree of intensive land use and research on potential calculation of intensive land use,we find the problems in land development and use process,such as easy admission,lacking of unified plan,inadequate internal potential,difficult land acquisition etc.Once the above problems can’t be properly resolved in a relatively short period of time,they will greatly affect the sustainable development of the economic development zone.By analyzing the problems and causes of intensive land use of economic development zone,we put forward scientific countermeasures on establishing every kinds of plans on the development zone,solving land acquisition problems,integrating resources,increasing investment etc. |
