Research On The Construction Of Zhoushan River-and-sea Coordinated Transport Service Center

River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport as a kind of multimodal transport,which not only can improve efficiency and reduce costs,but also can reduce the environmental pollution and is favorable for protecting the environment,has great potentials for development.Zhoushan has a superior location,so the construction of Chinese first River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport Service Center here is one of the important initiatives of the country,while its current development situation still has lots of problems.Many scholars have already studied these problems from various angles.But the situation of River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport in Zhejiang province is still not optimistic,plus the construction has just been put on the agenda in a few years,so it's hard to say that the study has already done well.Besides,most of the studies just focus on Zhoushan itself,let alone some more objective ways.This paper attempts to start from the angle of River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport,selects Zhoushan River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport Service Center as the research project and uses the SWOT strategy as the method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the construction of Zhoushan River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport Service Center based on the theory of shipping logic system and multimodal transport.In the end,based on the results of SWOT analysis,this paper comes up some relevant suggestions.This paper mostly focuses on the analysis of Zhoushan River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport Service Center itself and the suggestions.It can be inferred that the development of Zhoushan River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport has great potential,and so does the Zhoushan River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport Service Center.So,we should make the suggestions from the aspects of service system,modern logistics,economic environment and legal environment and hope it will help the development of the River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport in Zhoushan and as well as the Zhoushan River-and-Sea Coordinated Transport Service Center.
