Study On Zhoushan River-and-sea Coordinated Transport Public Information Platform Based On The Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the development of market economy and the popularity of the Internet,the logistics industry has been increased to guide production and promote consumption from the end of the industry.The modern logistics has higher requirements on logistics informatization with the development of information technology.Zhoushan river-and-sea coordinated transport center keep pace with the times to carry out digital construction actively.On November 6 2015,Zhoushan river-and-sea coordinated transport public information platform was launched.The platform is the construction achievement of “Zhoushan Wisdom Harbor Engineering”.It is a important carrier of Zhoushan river-and-sea coordinated transport logistics information.It has great significance on the development of Zhoushan port.In this paper,a set of evaluation indicators of Zhoushan river-and-sea coordinated transport public information platform has been put forward based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the basis of all the related studies and the user's needs.We calculated the weight of each indicator and collected a large number of data to find out the advantages and disadvantages.At last,many optimized suggestions are proposed due to the evaluation result.The main content of the thesis is divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the evaluation on the Zhoushan river-and-sea coordinated transport public information platform,including the research methods,research contents,technical route and innovation point.The second part mainly introduces research status of logistics public information platform and related concepts and theories.The third part puts forward 4 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators to evaluate the public information platform based on reference to other evaluation research and user's needs.Each indicators have been explained according to the hierarchical analysis method.We calculated the weight of each indicator to find out its significance.The evaluation model of Zhoushan river-and-sea coordinated transport public information platform has been constructed.The fourth part used the evaluation model and the results of the questionnaire to evaluate the Zhoushan river-and-sea coordinated transport public information platform.Many corresponding suggestions have been put forward according to disadvantages of the zhoushan river-and-sea transport public information platform.
