Human production activities can not be separated from all kinds of resources which energy is one of the most important resources,as the society always develops and progresses.Energy is divided into renewable energy and non-renewable energy.No matter which kind of energy will be consumed because of developing society and happening production and living activities.The phenomenon of contradiction between supply and demand of energy basically exists in all walks of life.In the context of the rapid development of the global economy,the problem of imbalance between supply and demand of energy is becoming more common,it is obvious that it can hinder the development of society economy.Therefore,on the basis of developing the renewable energy,finding other supplementary or alternative energy sources is essential,solving the problem of energy from the strategic level of energy sustainable development to solve the energy problem is increasingly payed attention by government and corporations.The raw of biomass is crop straw,and being stored through transforming from the solar energy into chemical energy.In recent years,this energy as a result of cleaning and other advantages in the field of energy occupy a place,and gradually become the focus.The rapid development of biomass energy technology has become a catalyst for the development of China's industrial and agricultural fields.Through the existing scientific and technological means,crop stalks and other biomass raw materials from the past only used as a fuel,and slowly converted to produce solid,liquid or even gaseous fuel multiple using approaches.At the same time,the promotion of biomass technology obviously improved the way of energy using and the use of energy efficiency is given full play.As energy tension in supplying and demanding is solved,utilization of biomass energy greatly reduces the pollution of the environment.Based on its many advantages,biomass energy will gradually integrate into the energy system and play a more important role in the field of energy in the future.Chinese agriculture in the world accounts for a significant proportion of agriculture,Heilongjiang Province is a big agricultural province in China.While it also produces a lot of crop straw.In the northeast of rural areas,straw used as a daily life fuel,but there will be a lot of surplus,most farmers choose to burn them in the field,making a huge damage to land resources and air quality,so the scientific and rational ways of managing crop straw become a major mean to solve this problem for Heilongjiang.Province.ZD corporation as one of the few biomass energy enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,with advanced biomass ethanol extraction technology,can effectively solve the problem of excess crop in Heilongjiang Province.However,because of various reasons leading to the cost of supply chain of management of raw materials purchasing is very high,which troubles the development of ZD corporation.In this article,the supply chain of purchasing raw material of ZD corporation is the main research object,the demand management theory,supplier management theory as well as inventory management theory are the guide,on the basis of reading a lot of relevant literature in domestic and foreign,and obtaining data by researching in ZD corporation,understanding the current situation of supply chain of purchasing raw material of ZD corporation,then summing up the problem existing in the supply chain management.Including the lack of professional supplier in supplier management,failing to attain the standards of supplier being needed by ZD corporation,lack of machinery and devices in period of centralized purchasing,falling behind of technology R&D and related devices in transportation management,shortage of storerooms in inventory management.By building an optimized the supply chain management of purchasing raw material of ZD corporation,calculating the best proportion of purchasing corn straw and rice straw when the cost of supply chain of purchasing raw material can reach least.Finally,the author comes up with some suggestions on improving the transportation planning and management,seeking new means to increase the number of devices,cultivating new mode of suppliers' cooperation,improving the existing supplier evaluation system and add simple warehouse.
