Research On Purchasing Management Under Supply Chain Environment In Electronic Manufacturer

In the era of new economy and supply chain competition, the electronic manufacturer is facing a competitive environment entirely different from that of the industrial economy. It is the key factor for the total supply chain to survive and develop in the competition that how to make use of new ideas, new technology, new methods to improve purchasing management of the electronic manufacturer, making it deepen into each step of purchasing, operation and supply chain management and leading the"Made-In-China"to the safe place and increasing the supply chain value in the process linking up inside and outside market.In this paper, the author introduces the concepts, characteristics and development tendency of supply chain and purchasing management. Aiming at the status quo and existing problems in purchasing and supply chain management of electronic manufacturer under supply chain environment in our country, the author discusses how to solve the problems of supplier management, information sharing, EOQ and PBPR in the era of supply chain competition, realizing a high efficient purchasing management. On the basis of summarizing the theories and methods of evaluating and choosing supplier, the author analyzes the factors and procedures when evaluating and choosing strategic cooperation supplier which has important effect on manufacturer, establishes the evaluating and choosing index system, sets up a decision-making model of choosing strategic cooperators by means of ENTROPY. Then, the author analyzes thoroughly information sharing, sets up a model of information sharing by means of theory of economics. And then the author sets up a model and gives the EOQ. And the author analyzes thoroughly PBPR by means of ASME. In the end, taking LZY company, the former employer of the author, as an example, comparing the status quo of its purchasing management, the author puts forward to some improvement suggestions to the existing problems in light of the above analysis. The study results of this paper are expected to offer some reference and suggestions for China's electronic manufacturer in how to launch effective purchasing management.
