With the emphasis on employee,the psychological contract of staff is more and more concerned by the managers and researchers.The most direct influence on employee's psychological contract is conflict management,different conflict management strategies have different effects on employee's psychological contract,so it is of great significance to study the relationship between conflict management and employee's psychological contract.Based on existing studies,we know that conflict management strategy and employees' psychological contract have a certain relationship and employee's character plays a role in it.This paper tests which conflict management strategies can help managers solve conflicts scientifically.The results show that:cooperative conflict management strategy has a positive effect on employee's psychological contract,while competitive conflict management strategy has a negative influence on employee's psychological contract;Avoidance conflict management strategy has no obvious impact on employee's psychological contract;Emotional stability,extroversion,openness,easyness and sense of responsibility play a significant negative role in the relationship between cooperative conflict management strategy and employees psychological contract;Emotional stability and openness play a significant positive role in the relationship between the competitive conflict management strategy and psychology contract of the staffs;Extroversion plays a significant negative adjustment in the relationship between avoidance conflict management strategy and employee's psychological contract.The significance of this study is to verify how the distinguishing conflict strategy and different character of the staffs can change the behavior of employees,which will not only enrich the existing theories but also can help managers chose different conflict management strategies when faced different environment.Giving priority to cooperative conflict management strategy and taking avoidance conflict management strategies as a supplement can help strengthen employee's psychological contract.Competitive conflict management strategy can help managers to do a good job in turnover management to a certain extent.In the management of highly extroverted employees who need to be retained,it is inappropriate to use avoidance conflict management strategies.Employees with low emotional stability and openness are more sensitive to competitive conflict management strategies,so it's more destructive.
