In addition to formal economic contracts, there still exist implicit psychological contracts between the organization and employee, which are the link between the enterprise and their employee, and which play an inestimable role in the organization human resources management, thus the importance of keeping a healthy psychological contract with employees has been realized by more and more organizations.The main purpose of this study is demonstrating the implementation way of constructing psychological contracts of the project team members, through the investigation and analyze to the present situation of the project team members, and putting forward the targeted employee management countermeasures.According to the characteristics of the subject, this paper adopts literature research, induction method and survey method, etc. to do the research of the subject.Firstly, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories used in this study, defining the concept of project, the project team e project management and the psychological contract e and introducing the relevant theories of the project and psychological contract to lay a basis on writing this paper.Secondly, based on the project members as the research object, this paper collects relevant data through the questionnaire survey and deal with it with the SPSS 17.0. Through single factor variance analysis method, this paper studies the present situation of project members from four angles:gender, education background, job level and work seniority, and obtains the four aspects of the differentiation analysis results.Thirdly, based on the analysis of the psychological contract of the project team members, this paper suggests forming a common value orientation, establishing an effective system guarantee, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, creating a good atmosphere and so on to build a good psychological contract.In the end, this paper puts forward differentiation management advice of project members respectively from four perspectives: different gender, education background, job level and work seniority.
