At present, research on psychological contract is a highlight of management theory. With the globalization of economy, great progress of science and technology and frequent reformation within enterprises, such as reduce the stafftrimmer, merger and acquisition (M&A), process reengineering. the range and connotation of enterprise competition are expanding. This competition requires enterprises to do better in human resource management.In human resource management theory, people are considered to be human capital, a kind of scarce and key resource. This theory focuses on people, strives to discover employee's ability and potential, and emphasizes the unified development of employee and enterprise. In modern society, enterprises always face many indefinite factors. They have great influence on enterprise's commitment to employee and employee's psychological contract. As a natural and social person, employee's demand is multi-level. Except for their salary, they also care about their development and wonder if their personal values are acknowledged. Therefore, more and more experts value the research on psychological contract.Currently, the research on psychological contract theory has developed into case study. But there still exists many debates in many aspects. In this paper, the author applies this theory into practice to examine its correctness and make it perfect.In the foreword, the issue of psychological contract is introduced. Thenpsychological contract theory is reviewed in the second part, including its formation and development, connotation, characteristics, types, content and failure mechanism. Present outcome is summarized and author's viewpoint is proposed. In the third part, the influence of human resource management process on psychological contract, at the angles of human resource planning, recruitment, training, performance management and salary management, etc., is analyzed. And some references are given for specific human resource management. Finally, the relationship between enterprise's culture and psychological contract is analyzed in the fourth part.The creative point of this paper is that psychological contract management, an abstract theory, is applied in the process of specific human resource management. It is helpful to management practice.
