As an organization formed by human, the relationship between employer and employee not so easy just as an written labor contract. Actually, the key reason which decided employee’s performance is based on the psychological feeling and expectation, that’s what we called "Psychological Contract". Psychological contract not only playing an important role in contemporary employment relationships, but also have great effects on the job satisfaction and work behaviors of employees. So it has attracted more and more concentrations from both researchers and managers.Based on the investigation of employee psychological contract lever of bank F.This study aims at several aspects:exploring the structure and content of employee psychological contract in bank F; understanding the different apperceive between different employee group with different characters; Concluding the factors which make the differences between them, then give the suitable strategy to improve the human resource management of Bank F.In order to do research, based on existing studies, we constructed a questionnaire of psychological contract with the actual need of bank F. To analysis the date, we used confirmatory factor analysis and Correlation Analysis, using almost300samples from three branch of the Bank F.The results indicated that, the structure of employee psychological contract have two dimensionality, which is named as security responsibilities and trading responsibilities, and the total realization of the psychological contract is in the common level. Employee with the different characters such as satisfaction, education level, age and positions have different psychological apperceive.Finally, we had a summary from this investigation, and make several strategy to improve the human resources management of Bank F. |
