Research Of Reclamation Works Schedule Based On The CCPM

Reclamation works is one of the most ancient ways for land.Reclamation works is used for urban construction,agricultural and industrial production,it has become an important means to solve the problem of economic development and the lack of land.Until recently,reclamation works catch on in the coastal developed areas.For instance,the environmental impact assessment of reclamation worksaboat20 square kilometers in Tianjin lingang industrial zone was passed,the first phase of the project has begun.This reclamation works will result in 50 square kilometers land,and it is the largest project of reclamation works in China.It is the golden time of reclamation works,however,because of the high requirements of construction technology,a large amount of investment and a wide range of issues,reclamation works completed on schedule remains very difficult.Faced with such a complicated systematic project,the traditional project management methods can not be done very well,result in the reclamation works often have to change plans to extend the time for completion.Through the collection and analysis of literature data,this thesis adopts CCPM method to improve reclamation works schedule management mode of subway and studied as follows:1?Through the consult massive literature and summarize,introduce the basic theory of CCPM,human behavior hypothesis of CCPM,classification and calculation of buffer,description of CCPM application steps,and then CCPM horizontally contrast with traditional network plan schedule management method,come to the conclusion that CCPM is superior to the traditional schedule method.2?Introduce major features of reclamation works schedule management,indicating CCPM application advantages on the reclamation works schedule management.According to the characteristics of reclamation works,improved CCPM calculation method of the buffer.By calculating the reduction factor of the duration,risk preference and the weight number of the processes position,get the answer of the critical chain buffer size,and based on this algorithm is derived CCPM reclamation works schedule management model.3?By studying the reclamation works in Tianjin Binhai New Area,the CCPM is applied in this project to obtain the optimized project schedule,comparing with the traditional method,come to the conclusion that CCPM can optimize the reclamation works schedule management.4?Summarizingthe research results,and also discuss the deficiencies in the CCPM theory.Finally,put forward the development direction in the future.
