The IT Offshoring, which is developing very faster, has been one of the most important software-industry in China in recent years, and is playing a key role.Development of the BPO, is which both a rare opportunity and a grim challenge. The producers of BPO join in the project at the requirements analysis phase, give the customers’ specific solutions. Therefore, the team and the manager are highly required for the skills and project management. However, due to the low experiences of the management, low quality, delays, are very popular. We need immediately improve the management of the target advance in the BPO project for the further advancement in this field. This paper will solve the problem by discussing the progress of BPO project, the development constraints, combined with the characteristics of BPO development projects. It will discuss the inadequacies of traditional network planning method. It will propose to use critical chain theory to improve management, improve the effectiveness of progress time control and stability. The critical chain technology management mainly considers the influence on the project of constraints of resource constraints and personnel problems of psychological factors. It says the longest chain that constrainted by the resources as the critical chain. By establishing resource buffer, feed buffer, project buffer, it can eliminate the impact on the project schedule by all kinds of resources and the human factors. It outlined the main ideas on key chains and concrete steps to establish a control process to establish the progress of the full elimination of all kinds of constraints to improve the effectiveness of project progress to address the critical chain in the application of the practical problems.At last, we will use the flow of the critical chain technology management in real project, and analysis the result, to verify the validity of the results of the research. |
