| The bid-evaluation work has a great importance on whether an appropriate construction unit can be provided,affecting the follow-up construction and operation of the project.But in the bid-evaluation work,the traditional evaluation method is also exposed with many problems.For example,weight determination is too dependent on subjective experience and evaluation criteria are set with no expert participation.LSX Project is the main object in this thesis and the problems in bid-evaluation field are also studied.Firstly,the traditional evaluation method is applied to review the bidding scheme for LSX Project and its shortcomings and defects are pointed out.Then,for the problems existing in the traditional assessment method,using AHP and the theory of value engineering,the evaluation index system and the weight of the LSX project are determined,and the improved comprehensive evaluation method is provided.Finally,based on the improved comprehensive evaluation method,it gives detailed measures and methods to improve the evaluation work.Through the research,the following results are gained in this dissertation.First,the bid-evaluation index system of LSX Project is put forward with experts as its main part and AHP is used to determine the weight of each index about overall goal.Second,value engineering theory is applied to establish an improved bid-evaluation model of LSX Project,and based on value coefficient,comparative analysis shows that the evaluation method is better than the traditional evaluation method.Third,considering the expert evaluation process,project manager,information management,bid-evaluation data analysis,etc,specific proposals and measures are put forward to improve bid-evaluation work.In this dissertation,an improved comprehensive evaluation method is proposed and the bidding scheme is analyzed and quantified,which extends the application scope of AHP and the value engineering theory,and enriches the relevant research results.It provides good theoretical and practical value. |
