Petrochemical industry is one of the earliest experimental units in carrying out project administration. Recently, the need to the sources of energy and industrial chemicals increases with the development of economic at a high speed in China. The petrochemical enterprises face the unprecedented market environment and the global steep competition as a major pillar of the national economy. The petrochemical engineering projects can make the petroleum chemical industry develop at a higher speed efficiently as bedrock of the development of the petroleum chemical industry. Performance evaluation of the petrochemical engineering projects can react the management level of the petrochemical enterprise's project directly, thus it is very important and meaningful to enhance the performance evaluation of the petrochemical engineering projects.Firstly, this paper clears the research significance, research contents, methods and ideas, and reviews the current status of research based on the existing research results at home and abroad on the basis of this; Secondly, elaborate by theoretical knowledge as the foundation; later, analysis the problems in Daqing petrochemical engineering project evaluation, and puts forward eight problems. Then, uses the balanced scorecard method according to the project life cycle to construct a set of suitable Daqing petrochemical engineering project evaluation index system and the characteristics of petrochemical projects; uses AHP to make sure all kinds of index weight, and uses fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate; Finally, the paper selects the Daqing petrochemical company coal-water slurry project as a case, the actual data of the performance evaluation.
