Research On Development Model Of Tianjin Port Group Informatization And Electronic Commerce

With the deepening of port reform and development,informatization level of the port is difficult to adapt to business scale,port e-commerce is still in the exploratory stage,the development of the concept,construction,and operation mode,etc.have a big room to improve.This thesis select Tianjin Port Group as the research object,aim to explore the port informatization development path,set up integrated e-commerce platform for customer oriented,promote the transformation and upgrading of port development.In this thesis,investigation method,expert scoring method,four quadrant analysis,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,combination of micro and macro analysis are used.Some tools,such as balanced scorecard,SWOT analysis are used too.Follow the path of "present situation analysis-theory support-model design-construction-security measures",this thesis put forward the development model of Tianjin Port Group informatization and e-commerce.According to the actual needs of research,this thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter I include research object,topic background,research significance,and the thesis structure.etc.Chapter II analyze two typical domestic port enterprise with their informatization and e-commerce situation.With the lateral comparison,Author summarize development experience.Chapter III evaluate the business sector of Tianjin Port Group informatization development degree,match the business strategy with informatization strategy.Based on the group control mode,clear the direction of the “informatization planning based on Strategic control ",in such aspects as finance,personnel,business,collaborative,put forward planning scheme.Chapter IV build "one main chain,three elements support the decision,one platform,three level support the business,one center,three architecture support the development" as the e-commerce platform framework,and put forward the concrete implementation steps.On this basis,Author put forward the e-commerce platform program of Tianjin port group.Chapter V starts with funds,talents,and system mechanism,put forward the safeguard measures to support Tianjin Port Group informatization and e-commerce development,analyze the development trend in this field,and put forward three strategies.Chapter VI briefly summarize the viewpoint of the thesis,look forward to the research prospect.
