Third Party Logistics Informatization Research Under Electronic Commerce

Logistics has developed very rapidly since we fetched in it from Japan in the end of 1970, especially in the last yeas.3~rd party Logistics is the advanced stage of the development of logistics; it is a kind of new-type logistics operation mode. Because of the competitive environment of the market, 3rd party Logistics certainly will become the inevitable choices of most enterprises in our country.The logistics industry in China has undergone great development in recent yeas and modern logistics as an emerging industry has received widespread attention. Constrained by various conditions and limitations, however, information has now become the bottleneck of development of modern logistics in China. China began to speed up the development of logistics industry with its accession to the WTO. In 2001, in the guidance papers promulgated by China government agencies, it is specially emphasized and pointed out that" promote the modernization of logistics through information". How to enhance the level of logistics information is now an important subject facing every people who cares about the development of China's logistics industry.So combine the characteristic of the logistics of our country and the key of logistics development, The informatization of 3rd party logistics under e-commerce of this text has been discussed and analyzed, Five parts are included in this paper.Part 1 introduces the concept and characteristic of e-commerce, the concept and the development of the logistics and the relation between them.Part 2 introduces the forming ,the concept and the characteristic of 3rd party Logistics, summarizes the classification of 3rd party logistics and the main business lines at present, what more, it carries on the analysis of the advantage and the inferior position to the logistics mode of 3rd party under e-commerce. So that the enterprises of third party logistics can try their best to evade the risk and strive for the greatest interests.Part 3 Proposes that the core of the modern logistics is information technology under the environment of e-commerce, introduces the development course of the logistics informatization, defines its definition, explains the importance of the logistics informatization.
