The Advancement Study On Production Efficiency Of A Compressor Company

With China's rapid economic development and the promotion of national economic strength,China's manufacturing industry is showing a good development prospects.However,in the process of enterprise development,there have been some problems,including enterprise staffing imbalances,low labor productivity and other personnel issues.In order to solve these problems,company will introduce new equipment and train employees at the same time.But these measures often fail to achieve the goal.Capital occupation will hinder the development.In such a situation,companies should improve the current efficiency instead of increasing the investment..At present,Chinese rotary compressor production base points wide.There is a fierce competition.Although the air conditioning compressor technology require a higher investment and the cost is expensive,but the existing air-conditioning compressor business of the total production capacity is high.So how can improve the competitiveness of the existing situation has become critical.On the basis of the work of research,combined with the actual needs of the company's LG,LG company looking to enhance the people as an effective way of productivity and overall productivity.Work of every enterprise management should have the basic quality,its main purpose is to combine the current actual production situation of enterprises,to help enterprises eliminate waste,reduce the costs,optimize production model to improve human productivity and overall production efficiency while,so that the company's products more competitive in the market.This study is based on the theory of production efficiency and lean production.We raise a point of low productivity combine in consideration of status in compressor workshop.By means of adjusting the layout of the equipment to solve the problem of the production of the string,and reviewing the connection of the equipment to introduce the automation equipment,implementing the full production maintenance system(TPM)to improve the production efficiency of the LG company.
