Evaluation Of Implementation Of Municipal-level Land Use General Planning

At present,China has implemented two rounds of overall land use planning,The third round of planning((2006-2020)implementation plays an important role in social and economic development.However,with the rapid development of society,and the problems existing in the overall planning have gradually become prominent.For example: can not adapt to diversity and regional differences;Lack of control and guidance of the city;lack of necessary attention to rural construction and economic construction as the guide;Lack of attention to the development of society and people;lack of effective planning and supervision mechanism;difficult to implement and supervise compulsory content,and so on.To solve these problems,we must realize the adjustment and perfection of the overall land use plan.In the process of improving the overall planning process,the plan should first evaluate and establish a scientific indicator evaluation system to improve the planning of the future operability.Based on this,this paper takes the overall land use planning of Shuozhou(2006-2020 years)as the evaluation object,In the domestic and foreign empirical research background on relevant theories,establish evaluation index system,evaluation of implementation of general land use planning in Shuozhou City,eventually come to Shuozhou city planning implementation "II",in good condition,need to modify the local.In conclusion,the evaluation index system of the conclusion this objectively reflects the implementation of the overall planning of land use in Shuozhou City,Shanxi province municipal land use planning reasonable implementation to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation method,but also on the overall planning of municipal land use planning preparation and implementation and puts forward some scientific basis and suggestions for improvement.
