Analysis On The Development Level Of Agricultural Modernization In Modern Agricultural Demonstration Area Of Taian County

In 1978,Deng Xiaoping stressed that to accomplish the great historical mission of our people,build a socialist modernized country and develop "agriculture,industry,national defense,and science and technology" four modernizations in tandem will be important.In 2010,the meeting stressed to continues to efforts advance agricultural modern,and speed up development modern agricultural,and manpower urban and rural development,and speed up Socialist new rural construction,and perfect rural development system mechanism,and widened farmers increase channel,and strengthening rural public service and based facilities construction.In this paper,taking into account the actual situation of water and soil resources,climate type,development guiding ideology and local policy support in Taian County,Liaoning Province,this paper refers to the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization and the selection principle of thispaper,It includes seven primary index—the agricultural output level,the agricultural input level,sustained agricultural development,the situation of social development.There are 17 indexed under the secondary index.Using the coefficient of variation method to determining weight.The target value of the selected indicators in this paper is determined according to the goal of achieving national agricultural modernization in 2015,and the target value of some indicators is determined according to the conclusion and calculation of others.By collecting the data of Taian County in Liaoning Province from 2006 to 2015,the comprehensive index evaluation method was used to grasp the level of agricultural modernization in Taian County Demonstration Zone.In 2005,the comprehensive score of Taian County demonstration area was 0.75393,according to agricultural modernization Process evaluation criteria,at this time has reached the basic stage of agricultural modernization,and is to fully realize the stage forward.According to the result,find out the reason why the area developing quick or slow,too collect the data of these 17 indicators,and through horizontal comparison to find the Taian County demonstration area and the national development of the average level of the gap and its development constraints.Finally,according to the longitudinal and horizontal analysis of the agricultural modernization process in the demonstration area of Taian County,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the restrictive factors and the actual situation of the development of demonstration area in Taian County.Generally,between 2006 and 2015 the TaiAn country annual growth rate averaged 4.3%,the national 2.5%;According to the division of agricultural modernization stage can be seen in Liaoning Province,Taian County demonstration area in 2012,the degree of modernization score of 0.51824 more than 0,50,indicating that the demonstration area in 2012 has entered the initial level of modernization,but the national reached that time in 2009.The area reached the agricultural modernization basic realization in 2015,the result is 0.75393 and excess 0.7.In brief,the paper give four suggestions:①Promote the level of agricultural mechanization continues to increase ② Enlarging the support of policies ③ Improves scientific and technological innovation ability ④ Cultivate the main body of new agricultural management⑤ Increase the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements and technology promotion,improve agricultural production efficiency ⑥ Protect the ecological environment and achieve sustainable development.
