Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Modern Agriculture Demonstration Site In Liaoyang City

This study taken Liaoyang National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Site as the research object,and analyzes the Liaoyang National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Site by using literature research method,field survey method and case study method,and summarizes the construction achievements and experience of Liaoyang National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Site,pointing out that there were still problems in its development process,such as industrial structure adjustment needs to be further deepened,the level of deep integration between agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries was not high,agricultural products In the process of development,there were still problems such as industrial structure adjustment needs to be further deepened,in-depth integration between agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries was not high,brand advantages of agricultural products were not strong,social services were relatively insufficient and agricultural infrastructure construction was weak.At the same time,the provincial modern agricultural industrial park of Dengta City under the jurisdiction of Liaoyang City was selected as a typical park for the city’s agricultural modernization construction for investigation,and the experience gained in the construction of the park was combined with the analysis of good experiences and practices that can be used as reference and guidance for the future construction and development of the national modern agricultural demonstration site in Liaoyang City and for the creation of the agricultural modernization demonstration site.Based on the study Liaoyang current situation of the development of modern agriculture demonstration zone,analyzed its innovation mechanism,the development of leading industry,promote the industrialized operation of agriculture,promote agricultural science and technology progress and promoting regional economic development and increasing farmers’ income has made obvious effect,analyzed the construction operation of the system construction,mechanism and operation mode innovation,etc.Some problems.On this basis,the policy suggestions and countermeasures for developing national modern agricultural demonstration areas were put forward.Facing these problems,the corresponding solutions are as follows(1)do a good job in top-level design and improve macro management level;(2)attach importance to the construction of agricultural infrastructure and realize the transformation of agricultural facilities;(3)do a good job of fine modern agriculture,and promote the transformation of agricultural parks;(4)deepen business reform and promote agricultural integration;(5)strengthen the support of agricultural science and technology,and realize the greening and digitization of agriculture;(6)broaden financial support channels and provide financial guarantee for the construction of demonstration sites.
