Analysis On Status And Strategies Of Construction Of Changzhou Wujin National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone

January 2015, the third batch of national modern agricultural demonstration area list, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, was successfully selected. Wujin district as the advanced area of modern agricultural development in Changzhou City, around the goal which is "take the lead in achieving the modernization of agriculture", Wujin District setting on example for the construction of Changzhou national modern agricultural demonstration zone and create highlights for it, Wujin district explore the path try to becoming an experimentation area where contain innovative management systems and the polit area where intergration and develpomnt of "Primary, secondary and teriary " industries.This paper analyzes the development status and countermeasures of modern agricultural demonstration zone in Wujin district. First of all, this paper describes the background, purpose, significance, research content, method and route of this research. Then, the agricultural modernization, the national modern agriculture demonstration area, and the agricultural modernization index system are summarized and the basic concepts are introduced. On this basis, we try to reviewing and evaluating the monitoring evaluation index system and the research status of the domestic and foreign agricultural modernization and the national nodern agricultural demonstration zone. Based on the actual development of Wujin district, combined with the evaluation of this new index system, from the Wujin District agricultural infrastructure construction, science and technology popularization and application, industrial management, support and guarantee, output efficiency, ecological environment construction of the evaluation index, according to the achievements of modern agricultural development in Wujin district, we evaluate the level of construction and the level of effort in Wujin district, and provide a quantitative basis to identify the location and direction of the development of Wujin district, after the SWOT anaylsis of the Wujin national modern agriculture demonstration zone, it shows that the characteristics and advantages of the natural conditions in Wujin, location, industry, professional and technical aspects, conducive to the formation of competition, the broad prospects of development. Also disadvantages, mainly is serious shortage of agricultural land resources,low moderate scale operation, weak agricultural market competitiveness, lack of agricultural personnel, insufficient financial support, that make the Wujin district agricultural development opportunities and challenges coexist. Finally, on the theoretical basis, from the macro perspective of Wujin district, combined with Wujin district development present situation and the problems, put forward to rice and wheat, flower seedlings, aquaculture, fruit, vegetables, livestock and poultry industry as the focus of development, with the "three parks three belts and four area" for the development of the layout, and put forward the future development of agriculture, to play a regional advantage, steady progress in the rational layout of agricultural infrastructure construction, agricultural park, promote scientific and technological innovation technology, green ecological construction, to try to make up for the lack of development, vigorously improve in optimizing the management system, tamping the grassroots service system, the implementation of brand strategy, agricultural support, and provide good organization and government policy support.
