A Research On Relationships Among Relevant Stakeholders In Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park

In order to develop modern agriculture system and technique, our government set up Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park in Yangling. Today the Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park has attracted a lot of enterprises, specialized farmers cooperatives and some specialized farmers to carry out their research on new agriculture technique there. Obviously, all these stakeholders have the same goal, that is make the Modern Agricultural Park better and better, but conflicts of interest also exist between them. And this research is mainly about the relationship between all of them.This research includes four main parts. The first part is the research methods and the background of this research; the second part is about the goal, achievements and problems of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park in these years; the third part includes the analysis of the phenomena, conflicts and relationships between all the stakeholders in the park and the different roles and influences of government, enterprises, cooperatives and farmers in the development of the park; the last part of this research is the conclusion and suggestion, including how to find common interests, how to avoid conflicts of interest and what should the government do.
