Research On Demonstration Effect Of The Leisure Agriculture Demonstration Sites

The ministry of agriculture and the national tourism administration to carry out a activity about establishing national leisure agriculture demonstration sites from 2010,aimed to leading the development of non-demonstration sites by the leisure agriculture demonstration sites,in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture.But its demonstration effect if or not meet the purpose of the national government departments.On this basis,the study of the demonstration effect of leisure agriculture demonstration sites has important significance.According to the study of leisure agriculture and the demonstration effect,under the guidance of the theory of Bandura observational learning,benchmarking and sustainable development,according to the original intention of establishing leisure agriculture demonstration sites,which is to develop the non-demonstration sites.Therefore,this paper puts the research perspectives on non-demonstration sites,takes Jiangsu province as an example,which based on the questionnaire investigation of visiting learning behavior and willingness of non-demonstration sites,by using the methods of descriptive analysis,factor analysis and the binary logistic regression model,from the samples which had the visiting and learning behavior and which had no visiting and learning behavior,to analysis the demonstration effect of leisure agriculture demonstration sites and find the influence factors of willingness of non-demonstration sites.The results were summarized as follows,1)the overall situation about the behavior of non-demonstration sites visiting and studying is not ideal;2)most of the non-demonstration sites thought the demonstration sites had demonstration effect and they would transform learning experience;3)a few of the non-demonstration sites thought the demonstration sites had no demonstration effect;4)most of the non-demonstration sites have the willingness of visiting and learning;5)the study shows that the willingness of visiting and learning affected by many factors,such as demonstration factor,cognitive factor,correlation factor,income of the non-demonstration sites,education of the leadership of the non-demonstration sites.According to the visiting and learning behavior and willingness of the non-demonstration sites,combining with the situation about the demonstration effect of leisure agriculture demonstration sites,the conclusion is drawn about the demonstration effect of leisure agriculture demonstration sites:1)the demonstration effect of leisure agriculture demonstration sites is not ideal,mainly in the leading role of the leisure agriculture demonstration sites did not play very well and leading role of leisure agriculture demonstration sites can not meet the learning needs of non-demonstration sites;2)the demonstration effect of leisure agriculture demonstration sites have larger play space.Finally,based on the above findings and build on some theories,respectively from the view of demonstration sites development,the non-demonstration sites development and the government promotion,puts forward some suggestions of strengthening the demonstration effect of leisure agriculture demonstration sites,and made recommendations to promote the development of leisure agriculture demonstration sites:1)constantly improve their own development,breaking the historical limitations;2)constantly update the concept of development,to achieve the division and cooperation of labor within the region.
