A Bank Bank Card Department Labor Dispatch Employee Incentive Research

In a recent survey,it is a common phenomenon that labor dispatch has been used widely in China's tertiary industry.In the financial sector,more and more labor dispatch staffs are used in the foreground marketing and background security departments,and which can be found especially in the banking industry.With the rapid development and the acceptance of this form by the policy in recent years,there are more and more problems for the enterprises in use of this form.Regulations about nature of labor dispatch in the new Labor Contract Law has provided guidance advice,which stipulates clearly that the employment unit should ensure the right of labor dispatch to get equal pay as the workers of the unit.In this paper,we make dispatch service personnel in A bank card department as the research object to discuss its incentive problem.To elaborate the domestic labor dispatch employment form development trend,and the basic status and incentive situation of labor dispatching personnel in A bank card department based on the theory of labor dispatch,incentive and salary management,the writer has read a large number of related literature and previous research results.This paper mainly analyses the bank card labor dispatch staff incentive management problems through the form of comparing differences in comparison,questionnaire survey and interview,collecting information.In view of the existing problems,we analyze A bank card department staff setting needs and staff needs,and in order to solve these problems,we put forward perfect measures on employee incentive system,which including the improvement of the salary system,the design of the promotion scheme and the improvement of other incentives.Finally,we designed corresponding supporting safeguards on implementing of the incentive program.This paper presents the program of incentive improvement,which can provide reference for A bank and card department on incentive management.
