The rapid development of the economy has brought about rapid social development,resulting in an increasing number of financial institutions such as banks,and increasingly fierce competition in financial markets,and the competition in financial markets has become increasingly fierce.The competition in banking business has not only been the competition for deposits and loans,the comparison of service quality,and the innovation of various financial products.Competition for talent.So how to attract talents of all kinds of positions,tap their potential,stimulate the vitality and creativity of talents,and maximize the bank's benefits while realizing their personal values,which has become the focus of bank competition.In essence,this is the issue of employee incentives;on the other hand,while considering the issue of employee incentives,we should also pay attention to the labor costs of employees.How to reduce labor costs is also the top priority of competition among banks.The dispatch of this new type of employment has emerged.The emergence of labor dispatching has greatly reduced the labor cost of banks.As the current hot topic of human resource management,the emergence of labor dispatch has greatly reduced the labor cost of banks,and more and more banks have begun to hire labor to dispatch employees;but it is worth noting that in addition to saving the labor cost of the bank,enhancing the vitality of the bank,and bringing fresh vitality to the bank,the labor dispatch has a high turnover rate for the long-term co-workers,no corresponding job matching and incentive assessment,which makes the turnover rate of labor dispatch workers high.A series of problems,such as not falling,employees' sense of belonging,and low loyalty,have brought a series of problems to the bank's human resource management.Therefore,it attaches importance to the incentive assessment of labor dispatched employees,thereby enhancing the enthusiasm of employees.Work enthusiasm is increasingly valued by employers.Based on the methods of literature research and case study,this paper introduces the basic situation of RS rural laborers' labor dispatching staff based on the current domestic and foreign research on incentive theory and labor dispatch.The main content of this paper is to summarize and analyze the existence of incentives for RS rural laborers' labor dispatching staff through the gaps in the salary,rectification mechanism and promotion of formal employees through the case of dispatching employees with RS Rural Commercial Bank.Problems such as salary incentives only focus on positive incentives,relatively weak job incentives,poor employee business skills,and low employee recognition of incentive policies.Reasonable analysis of the reasons: the management rights are not clear,the concept of employment is rigid,the career planning is not perfect,the training is in the form,the incentive policy lacks the participation of employees,etc.,and the incentive status of RS rural commercial labor dispatch workers is targeted.The corresponding improvement measures are proposed,such as improving the career planning of labor dispatching employees and strengthening negative incentive measures.The purpose of this study is to achieve the mitigation of the current labor dispatching staff in comparison with the effective implementation of these improvement measures.Problems with formal employees,improving labor services Severance of employment-related incentives to improve incentives for dispatch employees.
