Research On Farmers’ Income Increase In Areas Dependent On Household Income

China is an agricultural country with a long history of agricultural development.Farmers’ income is not only the core of the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,but also the level of national economic development.Especially in the background of county economy,for most rural population,the overall household income level has formed a path dependence on operational income,and there are areas dependent on household operational income.To promote the income growth of farmers in areas dependent on household operational income,in addition to efforts to increase wage income,property income and transfer income,and improve the income structure,We should also focus on improving the quality of household income and developing high-quality agriculture.Based on the above background,this thesis makes comprehensive use of microeconomics,agricultural economics,econometrics and other relevant economic theories and methods to study Wengniute Banner,a typical household income dependent area under the jurisdiction of Chifeng City.This thesis analyzes the income level of farmers in Wengniute Banner,the significant characteristics of farmers’ operating income dependence degree based on income structure,and the leading factors that restrict the increase of income.The effects of individual characteristics,family characteristics and agricultural production and management characteristics on household business income in Wengniute Banner were measured empirically.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the income of farmers in Wengniute Banner shows a significant increase in the overall level of income,but the growth rate is slow.And this slow characteristic is precisely because the income of farmers in Wengniute Banner is heavily dependent on household income,and the fluctuation of their quantity growth is the main reason for the fluctuation of income and the difficulty in achieving sustained income increase.Secondly,the theoretical research on the leading factors affecting the sustained and stable increase of farmers’ income in Wengniute Banner shows that the fluctuation of the overall income level of farmers and the difficulty in realizing the sustained and stable increase of income are mainly due to the low land yield rate.It is difficult to raise agricultural labor productivity.The rural labor force engaged in primary production is more.Thirdly,the empirical analysis finds that the education level of the household head and the actual cultivated land area are the fundamental reasons for the growth of the household operating income in Wengniute Banner.The specific performance is that the low quality of agricultural labor force and the low level of moderate scale operation affect the quality of operating income by affecting the agricultural labor productivity and land yield rate,that is,the high dependence of farmers’ income on operating income is attributed to low production efficiency.According to the research conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward to increase the income of farmers in areas dependent on household business income:improve the level of household income based on quality and efficiency;improve the internal driving force of operating income based on talent revitalization;in order to avoid binding too much labor force to cultivated land,moderate scale operation of agriculture will be promoted based on simultaneous farming of farmers.
