Research Onthe Effects Of Scientific And Technological Innovation On The Export Competitiveness Of High-Tech Products In China

With the rapid development of economic globalization,high-tech industry,as ankey indicator of a country's economic strength and export competitiveness,has become the pillar industry in the era of knowledge economy.Scientific innovation is the basis of existence and development of either for a nation or an enterprise,and it is also the fundamental factor measuring the international competitiveness of high-tech products.In recent years,China has been continuously increasing the investment in R&D and new product development to enhance the technological content of products.The export volume and competitiveness of high-tech products have already taken the obvious up-trend.Under the new circumstance,we should recognize the path of technology innovation influencing the export competitiveness of high-tech products and the extent of various factors' interaction has a positive guidance on the policy formulation,and it can not only make full use of the resources to improve our creativity and technological strength,but also enhance export competitiveness and international status of China's high-tech products.This paper takes the impact of technological innovation on high-tech products export competitiveness as the research object.Combined withthe domestic and foreign existing relevant research results and the international tradetheory,this paper firstly analyzes the development status quo of the scientific and technological innovation and high-tech products export competitiveness and illustrates the effect mechanism of technological innovation on export competitiveness in details;Then the paper quantitatively analyzes the export competitivenessofhigh-tech products by the factor analysis and gray correlation method,and evaluates the analysis results which the input indicatorsof the technologicalinnovation affecting the export competitiveness;Finally,the paper puts forward a series ofpractical suggestions from the aspects of government and enterprise on the basis of theoretical and empirical research.The government should play a leading role in promoting the scientific and technological innovation,establish and improve the scientific research institutions,achieve the interactionbetween the high-tech products and the development of the relevant industry,improve the export incentivesand financing channels of the high-tech products,strengthen the protection of the intellectual property.Enterprises should extend the industrial chain to improve the productstechnological content,improve the technological innovation capability of local enterprises,strengthen the introduction and training of highly skilled talents,emphasizeadopting multiple international marketing strategies in order to enhance China's technological innovation capability and the export competitiveness of high-tech products.Under the national strategy of "Rejuvenating the Country through Science and Trade",this research has important strategic meaning and practical significance on discussing the effective methods to enhance export competitiveness of high-tech products,based on scientific and technological innovation.
