The Impact Study Of Technology Innovation On Export Competitiveness Of Guangdong High-tech Industry

Since entering the twenty-first century, with information technology industry and biotechnology industries as the high-tech industry concern about international competition. 2008 financial crisis, China's exports emergence of new changes, the problem is more prominent in order to price and cost advantages of the traditional export industry can not cope with the rapidly changing international market demand. In the international industrial transfer, the development of high-tech industry in China started late in the context of the forward position as China's foreign trade in Guangdong Province, how technology innovation and to enhance the export competitiveness of high-tech industries, technological innovation, the specific factors which the export competitiveness of high-tech industry significant effect on other related issues is the contents of this paper.Firstly reviews the theory of international trade, technological progress to promote trade advantage on the theory of technical progress in the conditions, the producer behavior and consumer behavior on the export competitiveness of high-tech industry. Secondly, analysis of the technology industry in Guangdong Province's export competitiveness and technological innovation activities in the level of current situation and existing problems. Finally, feature selection, Guangdong high-tech industry innovation indicators, and the export competitiveness of related indicators that the factor analysis, the use of high-tech industry in Guangdong, 2000-2009 technological innovation and export data, export of technical innovation and competition in high-tech industries force level of the relevance and impact of an empirical study.The results show that investment in R&D intensity, GOV, RP, FDI and PA have different impact on export competitiveness.(a) GOV export competitiveness and the high-tech industry showed a negative correlation. Variables on government funds a negative impact on export competitiveness; (b) the period of the PA role by applying to the high-tech industry to industry, with delays of export competitiveness; (c) FDI on the export competitiveness of high-tech industry in Guangdong has significant positive correlation, the introduction of lag period, its role has significantly decreased. FDI in Guangdong tech industry has two sides. (d) R& D investment intensity of the RCA, TC, MS, and TB as the representative of a significant phase-export competitiveness as the representative for the IIT's export competitiveness in terms of significance, whether the current period or lagged one has more significance. (e) Since the Guangdong Province in the larger memory technology industry trade in intermediate goods, trade in major high-tech industry is still processing trade, the export competitiveness of RP had no significant effect.
