| With the advent of the new era of knowledge economy,high-tech industry has become the pillar industry after the traditional manufacturing industry.The high-tech industry showed its high competitiveness,stimulating the growth of China's foreign trade.But there is still a big gap of exports competitiveness between China and the developed countries,showing the "big but not strong" situation."China Manufacturing 2025" has prescribed the main industries for the next step and most of them are belong to the high-tech industry.Technological innovation,as the endogenous power of economic growth,is also the source of sustainable development of China's high-tech industry.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the present situation of high-tech industry in China from the follow three aspects: production and operation,international trade and technological innovation.Secondly,in order to study the impact of technological innovation on the export competitiveness of China's high-tech industry further,the author measures the export competitiveness through the selection of export competitiveness index,and constructs a mathematical model between technological innovation and export competitiveness.Thirdly,this paper selects three independent technological innovation indexes——R&D investment,human capital and patent situation,a un-R&D investment index and two external influencing factors.And then author builds panel data models of the high-tech industry as well as its five subordinate industries to verify the impact of technological innovation on the high-tech industry and compare the different impacts in the five industries.The results of this thesis show that: Firstly,China's high-tech industry has been developing rapidly,but it still faces technical bottlenecks.Its export competitiveness showed a trend of stop,and the development of its five subordinate industries is imbalanced.Secondly,technological innovation has an important impact on the export competitiveness of high-techindustries.A long-term driving force is the independent technological innovation.Relying on the introduction of technological innovation can't fundamentally enhance competitiveness.Thirdly,the impact of technological innovation in different industries is significantly different.Due to the difference in the development level of every industry,their performance to different factors is also different.Finally,the thesis puts forward some policy suggestions according to the above conclusions to enhance the export competitiveness of high-tech industry. |
