Performance management is one of the core of human resources management.Further analysis the essential factor of the employee's performance are helpful for the evaluation scheme implement effectively,construct reasonable performance evaluation system,take full advantage of the role about performance,promote the workshop shape of performance as guided vehicle culture,and improve employee's work satisfaction and motivation,enhance group's cohesion and provide strong support for the development of the enterprise.This thesis was based on performance theory and correlation theories,taked KT enterprise wire rod workshop as actual research background,combined theory with practice to qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all,this thesis was analysed the concept and the construction of performance,elaborated the correlation theories of performance.Then it was constructed the conceptual model of employee's performance constitute factor.Secondly,the data collected through drawing up and distributing of the questionnaire was tested by statistical software SPSS19.0.The test proved that the data was reliability and validity.It was revealed that the employee performance structure was mainly composed of three dimensions:motivational factors,behavioral factors and resultant factors through the correlation analysis,regression analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the relevant variables.Among them,the behavioral factors had the greatest impacted on employee performance,which factor load was 0.72;the resultant factors had the secondly impacted on employee performance,which factor load was 0.66;the motivational factors had the least impacted on employee performance,which factor load was 0.58.Motivational factor were composed of four key factors:regime justice,grow up opportunity,interpersonal relationship and individual demand.Behaviors factor were composed of three key factors:friendly organizational behavior,unity and fraternity,learned behavior;results factor mainly made up of results using.Using structural equation model(SEM)AMOS 17.0 to analysis factors that constitute factorial dimensions of performance by test factors analysis.It was figured out constitute performance factors had parallel influence relationship and interaction influence at the same time by path analysis and relevant analysis.Finally,relevant research analysis examined the intermediary agent role of employee work satisfaction between employee performance and performance composition factors.This thesis aims at analysis the main influence of performance factor,through entity enterprise workshop employee's key factors research,in order to construct reasonable performance evaluate system and take full advantage of positive effect on performance.Improve employee's work activity and satisfied on evaluate about performance implement,and promote employee's work performance,achieve enterprise's goal consequently.
