Job satisfaction shows a positive effect on organizational commitment.This study examines job satisfaction and it is very important because it is directly involved with both personal and organizational well-being.The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the management of the employees of a company as a brilliant workforce and their job satisfaction.Three predictor variables of employee satisfaction were used – impact,influence,and managerial and personal effectiveness.These variables are positively associated with job satisfaction.In the subject of organizational behavior,six aspects were identified in relation to job satisfaction i.e.job performance,organizational citizenship behavior,customer satisfaction,absenteeism,turnover and workforce deviance.The company being studied is called Impact.This paper examines the distinctive approaches and strives for a better understanding of what job satisfaction is to the employees of Impact.Applying these concepts and methods for this private trading company shall be a way forward to improving the effectiveness of the employees which could lead to improving the services of company.Adapting these concepts and following best practices can form an organizational culture that values the job satisfaction of its employees.The study used both qualitative and quantitative analysis to answer its aims and objectives.The raw data came from the survey questionnaire where one hundred thirty-one respondents gave their answers.Moreover,face-to-face interviews with selected employees were conducted to find out how their organization‘s management approaches affect the job satisfaction of the employees.Statistical formulas were used to analyze the data and correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the different factors and the job satisfaction of the employees.
