Human resources management had always been seen as important part of enterprises to manage staffs,and the incentive problem is the most important part of human resource management.At the same time the key staff as important resource in enterprises,through analyzed the problem of key staff incentive and set incentive factors of BSC(Balanced Skey Card,BSC)to improve the incentive mechanism of enterprises.The key staff of maintenance inspection branch in YT Co.Ltd had been regarded as research object in this thesis,theory and practice were combined for analyzing qualitative and quantitative.Firstly of all,these theories of key staff;incentive;balanced skeycard and KPI(Key Performance Indicator,KPI)were expounded,and then these theoretical basis were provided for determining incentive indicators of each dimension of BSC.Secondly,questionnaire had been collected which had been distributed,and the result was shown reliability and validity by SPSS 19.0.Basic situation of key staff in the first part of questionnaire was descripted and shown the technological key staff was the largest proportion.Factor analysis of key staff incentive satisfaction and got five factors that the most need to be incented which were salary and welfare factor;career development factor;individual growth factor;working atmosphere factor;external recognition factor.Incentive factors and dimensions of BSC were combined,financial dimension was consisted of salary and welfare incentive factor;customer dimension was consisted of external recognition incentive factor;internal process dimension was consisted of working atmosphere incentive factor;learn and growth dimension was consisted of individual growth and career development incentive factor.AMOS 17.0 was used to test factors analysis incentive factors shown dimensions of BSC and corresponding incentive factors was fit well and incentive factors of dimensions in BSC were determined.To determine weight of incentive factors by analytic hierarchy process,and then were prepared;Finally,KPI was extracted from the technical key staff's BSC and the eight KPIs were applied in maintenance inspection branch for one month.The result was shown that actual weight of the eight KPIs was closed to theoretical weight and it had been proved that factors and weights of key staff's BSC were set feasibly.This thesis was focused on analysis factors need mostly to be incented of key staff by researched problem of incentive in maintenance inspection branch,incentive factors had been combined with four dimensions of BSC to draw up the technical key staff's BSC,and provided a reference method for improving the incentive mechanism of key staff in maintenance inspection branch.
