Then, through the induction and synthesis, combined with climate change performance from different angles indicate a climate change on food security relevance,the predecessors of the research carried out properly combed and integration. Again used the comparative method, the different food safety measures developed and developing countries in response to climate change to take a comparative analysis of the different national food strategy to deepen the understanding of the gaps and by comparison, learn to absorb the international advanced countries to adapt to climate change to protect the advanced experience of food security.Through the analysis of the related factors of climate change, concluded that we can not ignore the negative effects of extreme weather events and disasters of pests caused by climate change, such as negative influence of grain production capacity. The climate change will do more harm than good, it will improve the risk of agricultural disaster, make our country agricultural productivity out of balance, constitute a serious threat to our country food security. According to the collected data,we can see that due to the climate warming,the scope of grain varieties has moved north, farming area also has the tendency of the expanding in in our country, but global warming could lead to sluggish parts of farming land, soil salinity which can influence the productivity of grain crops, reduce the grain production capacity, etc. Besides temperature, annual rainfall is not stable, extreme weather appear constantly, resulting in the cultivated land resource in the gradual deterioration of grain, grain of irrigation water in deterioration, plant diseases and insect pests of food often break out, which will change grain cropping system, raise the cost of food security, influence food production environment, reduce the grain production capacity,etc. Therefore, the government played a leading role in enhancing food resilience,improving food reserves management, mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain,strengthening international exchanges and cooperation are the important measures to maintain the food security under the background of climate change.
