In the fierce competition in the power engineering market,enterprises must continuously improve their core competitiveness in order to achieve success.The talent is the core of enterprise competitiveness as the main component of the success of the enterprise plays a decisive role.To play the role of talent,enterprises must do a good job in human resources and rational allocation of staff incentives.The existing literature for the study of employee motivation is very rich,but in the power industry for the project driven enterprise staff motivation research less.Therefore,this article from the analysis of project driven enterprise employees incentive management status quo,with the BZ power company as an example,this enterprise is faced with the reasons for the enthusiasm of employees is not high.The reasons for the enterprise employees enthusiasm is not high mainly in the following aspects: 1 the incentive way isundiifferentiated,cannot meet the different needs of employees in the project group;2 assessment of performance appraisal is not standard,lack of scientific and standard;3.the spirit of the lack of incentives,the project one-off characteristic let employees lack a sense of belonging,teamwork is poor;the 3 project is dynamic,but the incentive means static,so ignore the best time to motivate employees;.These incentives have a lot of negative impact on the production efficiency of BZ electric power company,the enthusiasm of the staff and the cohesion of the team.In order to solve these problems,the author draws on the experience of the successful enterprise in the staff motivation,and puts forward the employee incentive scheme and incentive mechanism which is suitable for the project driven enterprise of BZ company.The author thinks that we must reform the incentive mechanism of BZ company's power engineering project management,in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,improve work efficiency,adapt to market competition.Firstly,the paper analyzes the problems faced by BZ electric power companies in the field of personnel incentives by questionnaire survey.After making clear these problems,through the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad experts on project management and staff motivation,combined with the status quo of BZ electric power company employees incentive,incentive schemes are put forward to set up according to the characteristics of project driven enterprise employees.The program from the material incentives(bonus,welfare,means of examination)and spirit incentive(honor,occupation development,occupation training,team culture etc.)are presented to adapt to this kind of project of BZ electric power company driven enterprise employee incentive program.At the same time,the author will also be divided into staff manager(project team leadership),the knowledge staff and the general staff of the three class,designed different incentive schemes for different staff,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of staff.
