In this changing, technical employees who own the new-advanced technology will be the most valuable resources. It is important to optimize the motivation mechanism for technical employee, because it plays a great role in enhancing technical employee's activity and creativity, raising the science-technology strengths and competitiveness of our AUDA center economy and technology forward.In the paper the article firstly defined the basic concept such as motivation mechanism. The article introduced the wider theory of motivation and analyzed the importance of optimizing the enterprise's mechanism of scientific and technical-personnel. Through the research on motivation mechanisms of the current status of Human Resource , especially the technical of AUDA Center ,Uniting asks the data statistics that the paper was looked into to technical personnel's statistics degree of work. The article found and enumerated such problems in the current motivated system.
