Research On The Synergistic Mechanism Of Competitive Intelligence And Tacit Knowledge In The Process Of Enterprise Technology Innovation

The competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce in the 21st century which is the era of knowledge.The core technology is the key to the competition between enterprises.For the long-term development of the enterprise only by constantly technological innovation to products to ensure that the enterprise in a competitive market environment from being knocked out.Competitive intelligence and knowledge management as two different methods of promoting enterprise competitiveness the former focus on the monitoring of the enterprise external environment,the latter emphasis on internal ordering of knowledge organization,work together in the enterprise technology innovation.In the practice of the enterprise's knowledge management,the lagging tacit knowledge management is the primary cause that lead to the low enterprise technology innovation ability,knowledge especially tacit knowledge is considered to be the most valuable strategic resource.And competitive intelligence emphasizes professionals should play the role of subjective function,mainly through the effective collection,analysis,organization of enterprise external explicit knowledge and to make it work.In competitive intelligence activities,those tacit knowledge which is hidden in the employees mind and behavior,such as emotion,intuition and experience is not as the research object,just as a kind of method to treat.Therefore,this article will refine knowledge management from the perspective of tacit knowledge,reveal the collaborative mechanism between competition intelligence and tacit knowledge to technology innovation,seeking positive promoting both of them to technology innovation.So that enterprises can refer to more theoretical basis in practice,continuously improve enterprise technology innovation ability and optimize technology innovation achievements.On the basis of predecessors' research,this paper draw on the experience of the technology innovation process model based on competitive intelligence and the technology innovation process model based on knowledge management,Integrated this two models,based on the effective analysis of the relationship and mechanism among competitive intelligence,tacit knowledge and the enterprise technology innovation,the exploration of the interaction between the three is devoted to the present competitive intelligence and tacit knowledge collaborative model in the process of enterprise technology innovation,hoping to expand the research field of current research,formed the system of competitive intelligence,tacit knowledge and technological innovation framework more complete,provide more ways for enterprises to enhance innovation capability.
