In recent years, from a country to an individual, everyone attaches great importance to innovation, and enterprise is no exception, too. For enterprise, innovation team is the soul of its innovation ability. In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is not only the replacement of traditional productive forces such as the land, capital and human, but also the productivity of enterprise innovation. Enterprise needs knowledge to gain its core competitiveness and innovation, and the main carrier of knowledge is the enterprise’s employees. Therefore the enterprise needs its’ employees to share their knowledge. But at present, there are some deficiencies in research both on enterprise innovation team and tacit knowledge sharing. In this background, the research on tacit knowledge sharing mechanism and mode of the enterprise innovation team has theoretic and practical significance.Firstly, the paper went into the theory of enterprise innovation team and enterprise tacit knowledge sharing, and then defined enterprise innovation team, and compared enterprise innovation team with normal team, scientific research institute innovation team, college innovation team and government innovation team.Secondly, the thesis defined tacit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing in enterprise innovation team. On the basis of that, it analyzed the subject and object of tacit knowledge sharing in enterprise innovation team, and concluded their features respectively.Thirdly, the paper summarized the factors of tacit knowledge sharing in enterprise innovation team, and made a system dynamic analysis, established a game theory to unfold the mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing in enterprise innovation team.And then, this article introduced SECI Model and Shared Mental Model, put forward the M-SECI Model depending on Shared Mental Model, and used it to explain some behavior in tacit knowledge sharing of enterprise innovation team.After that, the thesis introduced ID3for Shared Mental Model of tacit knowledge sharing in enterprise innovation team, include the main idea of ID3, the related conception of ID3, and also the calculation method of it. The paper went more further, it did an empirical research on ID3, take an M company for sample, and the results proved that ID3can find out the Shared Mental Model of a innovation team, and that means much in practice.At last, the paper pointed out some strategies of promoting tacit knowledge sharing in innovation team according to the above.
