In 21 century , the era of knowledge-economy, little value comes from manual labor. To maximize profits , enterprises have to rely on knowledge. In order to keep the enterprises'competitive advantage in the market , to keep the survival and development of enterprises , increase and learn more new knowledge has become a top priority for managers . Meanwhile, economic globalization has made countries around the world facing increasingly fierce competition, and competition of countries is based on the competitiveness of enterprises. To promote economic growth, lots of countries make every effort to develop the high-tech enterprises. High-tech enterprise can't survival without the innovation what is base on knowledge. What's more, innovation including sustaining innovation and radical innovation which has higher value. Knowledge of the composition of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge is more important for the innovation because of its higher value.This paper is based on the analysis of tacit knowledge and the concept of radical innovation, Paper focus on analysis of knowledge, especially the mechanism of tacit knowledge on breakthrough innovation. Existing research focuses on the importance of tacit knowledge for radical innovation, trying to promote enterprise organizational structure and environment to use tacit knowledge more efficient. Paper start from the radical innovation process, and gradually analysis the role played by tacit knowledge that exist in every step of radical innovation process, and then propose hypotheses to build a tacit knowledge creation model based on radical innovation. Finally, Paper will check and modify the model by questionnaires and case study. Paper hopes to provide a theoretical reference and thinking to Chinese enterprises, those who want to achieve radical innovation by promoting the management of tacit knowledge.
