Study On Enterprise Anti-Competitive Intelligence Based On Knowledge Flow

As the development of knowledge economy, more and more enterprises are facing the fierce competition and severe challenge from both domestic and international markets. Knowledge as the key of intelligence process is flowing between people, enterprises and organizations. Cluster enterprises are easy to develop rapidly by gaining and using the spill knowledge and competitive imitation of other enterprises, so it happened varies activities to get intelligence. There exists some inevitable knowledge flow in business, the most valuable knowledge is what business rival manages to get. Therefore, enterprises need anti-competitive intelligence to spy on the knowledge flow and to take action to protect the company' core knowledge.The highlight spot of this article lays on the knowledge flow, to study the eternal knowledge flow and transform of enterprise from this micro angle. We hope to find the interaction between the company and diverse elements from analyzing the flowing and transform situation of diverse knowledge agent of business knowledge. We aim to set up the relative strategies to protect the knowledge source, control the knowledge flow branch off and reduce knowledge flow link. Finally, a perfect anti-competitive intelligence system could be established.Chapter one is a general review. The definition and feature of anti-competitive intelligence, the relation with competitive intelligence and its legality are presented in the paper. In this chapter, it elaborates the relative theory about knowledge and knowledge flow, coming out the classification of knowledge, the types and models of enterprises knowledge flow. In chapter two, it studied the knowledge flow in anti-competitive intelligence. Through listing the reasons and ways the intelligence leaks, the knowledge flow situation was put forward based on the anti-competitive intelligence apartment-model. We also call it the ultimate goal of controlling the knowledge branch off. Starting from the conversion mechanism of enterprise knowledge flow, and separately introduce the enterprise knowledge's flow and conversion situation in the incubation period, growing period, maturing period and the recession period. It is started from the flow model which under the ideal state and joint the Anti-competitive intelligence method, an expected enterprise's knowledge flow model was constructed. To achieve the target, our strategy is to spy on the knowledge flow in incubation period, control it in growing period, protect it in maturing period and avoid the knowledge prematurely old. It gives out the different controlling steps separately from three aspects to develop the intelligence work. They are knowledge source, knowledge flow process and knowledge drains.In chapter three, it's based on the control strategies and steps of knowledge flow. Aiming at enterprise anti-competitive intelligence requirement, the author comes up with a solution of constructing an anti-competitive intelligence system in the respects of organization architecture, evaluation and analysis of key information, portfolio and allocation of anti-competitive intelligence strategies, as well as evaluation and feedback. Expecting to protect enterprise's core information and achieve anti-competitive intelligence, it suggests the enterprise improve the knowledge security systems, knowledge flow systems and the relative systems to make sure the security of company's information and paying attention to building corporate culture.Based on the former theoretical basis, this empirical study explores the learning process of Yunnan Baiyao Group. By adopting the combination of questionnaire and data acquisition, we can see the development. Through the specific survey data and statistical diagram, analyses the present situation of anti-competitive intelligence activity. To show their status quo, we give some improving suggestion for their anti-competitive intelligence improvement.
