The Research On The Bounded Rational Decision Thought Of Simon

Decision-making is a highly comprehensive and complicated link among public management.The quality and efficiency of decision-making are in regard to the vicissitude of the countries and citizens.Public management subject in China startedlately and developed slowly,furthermore,the reality of public management subjectputs forward new requirements with the development of times,especially decision-making.Currently in China,public management decision-making theory doesn’t form a complete theoretical system and there hasn’t mature theories to give enough support,which can’t meet the increasingly diverse demands of citizens.So exploring scientific and rational decision-making theories is urgent.Simon’s Limited Rational Decision Theory criticizes the traditional theory of Complete Rational Decision Making,which brings the great significance to perfect the developing decision making theory.This paper focuses on the background and main contents of Simon’s Limited Rational Decision Making,and makes an objective evaluation of its significance and limitations.It provides theoretical support for improving the efficiency of modern government decision-making and improving the theories of public management decision-making.This paper mainly includes four parts.The first introduces many aspects including background,the significance,the domestic and foreign research status,the contents and methods.The second introduces the background and origin of Simon’s Limited Rational Decision-Making,including the times background and the thought origin,which systematically disclosed the influence of the social conditions during that time to his thoughts,and the foundation from differently diverse thoughts to Simon’s Limited Rational Decision-Making.The third focuses on the gist of Simon’s Limited Rational Decision-Making Theory,including the concept rational decision-making,complete suspect of ration,proof of limited rationality and expression of limited rational decision-making model.The last the evaluation of Simon’s Limited Rational Decision-Making Theory,analyses the whole Simon’s Limited Rational Decision-Making Theory from three aspects including its value,practical significance and limitations by objective and dialectical analysis.
