In the era of our society into the market economy,people's ideas gradually change,no longer pursue the same stable work,but according to changes in the working environment and other factors to make a different choice,which makes the flow of personnel in the enterprise the frequency The higher the higher.In the process of market economy development,it is difficult to avoid the staff turnover and lead to the loss of talents,which also makes more and more enterprises realize that talent competition is the main part of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Employee engagement as a measure of the degree of investment in the organization and the work of the indicators,has gradually become the focus of management research,how to improve employee engagement to become one of the important tasks of enterprise management.In response to this problem,business leaders need to change the previous management philosophy,and actively concerned about the needs of subordinates,to promote the improvement of employee engagement,and thus promote the continuous development of enterprises.Transformational leadership behavior has focused on the interaction between leadership and staff,and has been the focus of management research as a new type of leadership.Based on the collection of relevant literatures and the compilation of the previous scholars on the transformation of leadership,organizational identity and employee engagement degree of the definition and structure of the basis of the establishment of research models,through the 360 employees survey,the use of multiple regression analysis and other data Analysis of the relationship between the variables studied.And the following conclusions: Transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational identity and employee engagement;organizational identity has a positive impact on employee engagement;organizational identity between transformational leadership and employee engagement To mediate the role.This paper explores the development of transformational leadership theory and employee engagement theory,expands the field of management research and,on the other hand,makes the managers of the organization more clearly understand what behavioral characteristics of transformational leaders can improve Employee engagement,and then encourage employees to enhance the competitiveness of the organization and its team.
