In the face of the increasingly fierce market competitive environment,if enterprises want to have a place in the environment,they need to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise themselves.Employees are the solid forces of enterprise development and consolidation.Therefore Employee employees have become an important part of the persistent development of enterprises.As the manager and leader of the enterprise,its leadership style directly affects the management atmosphere of the enterprise.Enterprise managers should create a working environment that fully motivates employees’ creativity and innovative behaviors,strengthen their trust with the organization,and then enhance employees Dedicated behavior.The objects studied in this article are ordinary employees and managers at all levels,which aims to explore the impact of transforming leaders on employees’ respect for employees.To achieve this goal,this article uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical research methods.First of all,through literature analysis,the concepts,dimensions,causes,and result variables of transformed leadership,organization trust and employee dedication are described,and the theory of social exchange theory and social learning theory is introduced.Secondly,the theoretical model of the influence of reform leaders on the respect of corporate employees,and put forward research assumptions.Drawing on the mature scale developed by scholars,pre-research and formal research,a total of 120 questions were issued,and 106 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.A total of 350 questionnaires were issued,and 308 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Finally,the use of statistical analysis software for empirical research methods such as descriptive statistics,trust analysis,related analysis,multi-linear diagnosis and regression analysis,and verify that the research assumes whether it is established.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,the impact of organizational trust on employees ’respect for employees,and proposed a method of strengthening employees’ dedication.These studies have practical significance to increase the emphasis on professionalism and dedication of the organization and the dedication of the organization,and improve the management methods.By studying the impact of transformational leadership on employee engagement and exploring the role of organizational trust,this paper draws the following conclusions :(1)The dimensions of transformational leadership,organizational trust and employee engagement are positively correlated.(2)Transformational leadership and its dimensions have a positive effect on employee engagement.(3)Transformational leadership and its dimensions have a positive effect on organizational trust;(4)Organizational trust and its dimensions have a positive effect on employee engagement;(5)Organizational trust plays a partial mediating role between transformational leadership and employee engagement.
