An Analysis Of Willingness To Accept Compensation For Reclamation Of Old Villages Based On Farmers

The shortage of reserve resources in Fujian Province,the contradiction between supply and demand of land has become increasingly prominent,the old village reclamation aims to encourage farmers to no one or less people living in the old house down,sorted into contiguous arable land to achieve the optimal use of land to improve land use efficiency,It is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction between urban and rural land demand and cultivated land protection in Fujian.Old village reclamation is not a simple reclamation is not reclamation problem,it is a comprehensive rural construction land demolition,reclamation compensation,resettlement planning and construction of the overall,systematic process.In the process of advancing the old village reclamation,the farmers must have different degrees of willingness and demands for the compensation of the relocation,and have their own considerations on the rationality of the compensation standard,even with the relatively uniform compensation standard of the regional government.Differences,and these problems are the government can not avoid and must be resolved.In this study,we will analyze the willingness of the farmers involved in the reclamation of the old village,and take the questionnaire survey in Zhaoan County of Zhangzhou City and Changting County,Longyan City,Fujian Province as a research area to obtain the willingness information of farmers' reclamation.Based on the theoretical hypothesis,SPSS statistical analysis and multiple orderly regression model were used to select several influencing factors,and the results were compared with those of the peasant household.Reclamation policy awareness,reclamation compensation demands,post-reclamation and resettlement will be studied,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Whether the cultivated land is cultivated after the reclamation is a significant effect on the amount of compensation that can be accepted by the farmer.If the cultivated land is still farmed after the reclamation,the amount of compensation that the farmer can accept is reduced to some extent.(2)The government reclamation policy propaganda is not in place will seriously affect the farmers for the old village reclamation project awareness,thus affecting its reclamation attitude and willingness to pay.(3)Whether the housing into a new degree and the area where the old house belongs to the geological disaster prone area has a greater impact on the reclamation attitude of individual farmers.Cultural origins have a certain impact on the willingness of reclamation of farmers.Compared to the Mazu culture circle,Hakka cultural ethnic groups of land complex or more heavy.(4)The vast majority of farmers engaged in agricultural production in rural areas have a higher dependence on land,and their willingness to reclaim land is relatively strong.Farmers engaged in non-agricultural and urban employment in rural areas are also cultivating on land after reclamation A positive attitude.(5)Fujian Province,the current old village reclamation compensation standards are not unified,the basic is the county level as a unit,a county a standard,and compensation standards are usually drafted by the county-level land department,and has not been rigorously demonstrated by experts,There is no participation of farmers on behalf of its scientific and rational nature will be open to quest:ion.(6)Most of the respondents are biased in favor of the nearest resettlement,so it is particularly important to replace them by means of capital placement or the location of the central village."Pre-resettlement" is the primary appeal for reclamation of farmers.(7)Education,health care and traffic problems are important issues of concern for the lives of farmers;resettlement sites around the construction of schools,medical institutions,hardening roads are the main demands of farmers.
