Economic Analysis Of The Elderly Care Pattern In Urban China

Population aging is the inevitable developing trend of the world's population.China has stepped into an aging society since 2000 and became one of the countries into aging society earlier.Due to its large population base,China is one of the countries with the largest old population in the world,of which the population of the elderly accounted for 20%of the world's aged population.Population aging has significant impact on our country from economic development,social security aspects,not just a simple change in population structure.As a result,city endowment has attracted many attentions of the government and the society.City endowment mechanism is concluded from city endowment practice,and became the systematic and typical mode for solving the problem of city elderly,alleviating the social problems brought by the phenomenon of population aging.City endowment has fundamental impact on each individual living in the city,hence,one reasonable and effective city endowment mechanism will have direct influence on city's sustainable development in economy.As a conclusion,this thesis studies on aging effects on our city endowment,and studying city endowment pattern which is suitable for the city economic development that has theoretical value and practical meaning to our society.This thesis demonstrates population aging issue through its current situation,characteristics,development trend,economic effects,using economics analysis method and drawing on the western developed country's successful experience in building city endowment mechanism.It analyzes different kinds of city endowment mechanisms,concludes a classified endowment mechanism that suitable for city development.In this thesis,suggestions from the perspective of policy,legislation,mechanism and manage of pension funds have been given to improve the endowment system,aiming to form a newly Chinese characteristic city endowment mechanism.
